Dan goes to tell Danielle the truth, saying that he's managed to save them both, but Danielle is none too happy, saying that he humiliated her in front of the whole house and broke her heart. However, she soon comes around and Dan reveals the conversation he just had with Frank.
He adds that Ian is tighter with Britney than anyone else, and even reveals Britney's plan if she won Power of Veto to take Dan and Danielle off the block in order to keep their alliance intact. Dan, good god. If you make it through this week, you're not going to make it much further, that's for sure.
Finally, in the diary room, Dan poses the question: "Did I really go crazy in solitary confinement, or did I come up with a master plan to get myself out of this mess?" Uh... I'm voting for the former.
As he feels a bit better, he calls a house meeting and begins addressing everyone. He gets teary-eyed and the rest of the house does, as well. He's having his Big Brother 'funeral'. He even says that Jenn is the first lesbian he's ever met (uh, WHAT?) and she's touched him. He also says he's going to always share a special bond with Britney. He tells Ian that he reminds him of himself... what in the hell is going on here? Is Dan quitting or what?
Dan, meanwhile, is downstairs crying in the diary room about how much he loves the game and how disappointing it is not to have saved himself. He then heads off to the solitary confinement room, which is blasting some pretty obnoxious music and even features a spinning disco ball.
Dan, of course, tried to convince her that she's safe, but Jenn wasn't having it and went for the win. He's off to solitary confinement and knows that he'll have to think of something big to get himself out of this mess.
The final question is worth 11 points, and while Britney buzzes in, she doesn't know the answer and when Frank whispers it to her, he is eliminated despite being in the lead. Uh oh.
Taking the points for this next question sees him accept the punishment of having to sit out his next eligible Head of Household competition. Danielle finally gets one, as well, and has to let her housemates splatter paint all over her for two minutes.
Britney says that the best case scenario is that she or Shane wins the Power of Veto competition and takes either Dan or Danielle off the block. Then, Ian can use his other veto to take the other person off to hopefully keep the entire Quack Pack safe. She pitches this plan to Ian, but she only seems to get a blank stare in return.
