This week's instalment of Jon & Kate Plus 8 saw Kate counting down the top ten viewers' moments from the past five seasons.
Biggest Blow-Up
Runner-up: Coupon argument
Runner-up: Jon's "pull the stick out" comment
Winner: The toy store incident
"This is my least favourite moment. It was a mistake. He just annoyed me. He was playing with toys and I was on a mission... trying to secretly buy Christmas presents. I was miced so it sounds like I'm screaming at him from here to Egypt. I really wasn't! Yes, people's heads turned and they heard me. I've never screamed at him in public since."
Cutest Kid Moment
Runner-up: Alexis kissing Jon and Kate
Runner-up: Collin pulling the kids in his toy car
Winner: Alexis: 'Hi Mommy, Hi Mommy' (the tummy tuck episode)
"Oh, don't make me cry! She wasn't even sure it was me. She missed me and I couldn't pick them up so Jon had them in their cribs. They were so young and she made me cry. It was really good to be home, that far exceeds any other moment."
Top Ouchie Moment
Runner-up: Kids hitting each other
Runner-up: Nala the dog's surgery
Winner: Alexis bites through her lip in the woods
"I was in San Diego with Mady and my phone rang and it was Jon. At this time we wouldn't call if there wasn't an issue and sure enough, she had fallen and bitten through her lip. It breaks my heart - I want to be the one there taking care of them and telling them everything is going to be okay."

Runner-up: Joel's first bike ride
Runner-up: First backyard campout
Winner: First dentist visit for the kids
"They were two-by-two in the dentist's chair. That was precious! They did very well and were very good support for each other. It was cute to see."
Cutest Kids' Saying
Runner-up: Alexis pronouncing alligator as 'aldergator'
Runner-up: Joel: 'Daddies have wieners'
Winner: Leah: 'Hannah pooped in Hannah's underwears'
"Oh man, that's adorable! I guess the little girls were being potty trained. We had a little issue and Leah, being the darned reporter, she needed to report on it! She was so little."
Top Family Portrait
Runner-up: Good Housekeeping magazine cover
Runner-up: First day of school picture
Winner: Photo of sextuplets taken at first house that Kate had never seen
"That was like a time capsule! We had talked for years about coming over to see the photos that [our photographer] had taken when they were 8 weeks old. We had never laid eyes on them and I didn't realize how overwhelmingly emotional that was going to be."

Runner-up: Yard sale to raise money for Cancer Research
Runner-up: St Jude's Children's Hospital visit
Winner: Hannah saying goodbye to her siblings
"That was precious. I was just amazed. That's the love you hope your kids will have for each other. That's the love you try to show them and instill - what you hope for as a parent."
Most Memorable Meltdown
Runner-up: Ice cream at Walt Disney World
Runner-up: Gum on the kids' clothes
Winner: Plane ride to Utah
"I was just done! I had been patient all day and that was a really bad moment. I didn't care the cameras were on or that we were on a plane. I was so overcome with emotion and so exhausted... the only bright side was after that flight I knew we could do any flight!"
Best Family Trip
Runner-up: Florida Keys
Runner-up: Walt Disney World
Winner: Hawaii
"Great weather, great sights, great time! It went way too fast! My kids were just little tanned Hawaiian kids. It was so great to meet Jon's family - his auntie Edith - I just love her! Seeing the turtles was amazing. It was an experience I wouldn't trade for the world."

Runner-up: Kate's pregnant stomach
Runner-up: Kate's tummy tuck
Winner: Jon & Kate announce their separation
"You have to realize when you put your life out there on a reality show... you essentially owe it to the viewers to say this is what is happening.
"The only conclusion I can come up with is that you get married young, you don't know who you are really. Obviously we've had more than our share of stressful life events and I believe in the early days we really pulled together and did well as a team. But, at some point you get older and you change and people turn into different people."
She adds: "I've gotten older. I changed, I'm different but I still feel like I was me all along. I think for Jon, he discovered he was somebody different than who we had known him to be. You take two different roads. It was shocking. It is still shocking to me."
