The reality star previously had her past questioned by her fellow housewives on the show, when they discovered the book Cop Without A Badge, which claimed that the 45-year-old was involved in an extortion plot, among other reported crimes.
Yesterday, the website SmokingGun.com posted federal court records that go into the extent of Staub’s criminal history, which she had maintained on the Bravo series was reserved to a name change and only one arrest.
According to the legal papers, in 1986 she was heavily involved in a kidnapping plot, a $24,000 drug deal and worked for an escort service.
In addition, Staub, who was also known under the aliases Beverly Merrill and Angela Minelli, was a drug courier for a Columbian drug family.
Further allegations suggested that she was arrested with Daniel Aguilar, her boyfriend at the time, for kidnapping a boy and holding him ransom for a sour drug deal. She was then sentenced to five years probation and ordered into a drug rehabilitation programme.
It was recently announced that her Housewives ex-boyfriend was planning to sell sex tapes featuring the pair.
