Bethenny Frankel to appear as guest star on 'The Neighbors'

Real Housewives cast member Bethenny Frankel will appear as a guest star on the ABC comedy The Neighbors.

The guest role will mark Frankel's debut on a scripted television series.



According to Entertainment Weekly, the 42-year-old reality TV personality will appear in an upcoming episode as a businesswoman.

Frankel's character will help launch a new handbag line with Debbie Weaver (Jami Gertz).

The episode, entitled 'Mo Purses Mo Money Mo Problems', is slated to air during March or April of this year.

Frankel, who recently split from her husband Jason Hoppy, is expected to shoot her guest role this week.

The actress is said to have sealed a deal for her own self-titled talk show, which is currently in development.
