'Survivor' winner released from prison

The winner of the first season of Survivor was convicted of tax evasion in 2006 for failing to pay the taxes on the one million dollar prize he won on the CBS show. He was sentenced to four years and three months in prison.
Hatch was taken from the federal prison where he was serving his time in West Virginia to a halfway house in Pennsylvania on Monday, Access Hollywood reports.
A spokeswoman for the northeast regional office of the Bereau of Prisons has said that he will be released from the halfway house on October 7.
Hatch has maintained that he is innocent of all charges.
