The Bachelor Pad host was chosen by Jason Mesnick on the 13th season of the ABC show, although he later ended their engagement on television.
Speaking to Parade, she said: "Everything happens for a reason. Definitely, when you're in the low points, it's hard to see why things are happening. It's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel and have that self-reflecting time of, 'Why did I do this and was it worth it?'
"I don't have any bad feeling towards anything or anyone that's happened on my journey from Bachelor because it's all led, not just professionally, but personally, to where I am right now. You can only look at it as a good thing not as anything bad that happened."
The former Dancing With The Stars competitor - who recently announced that she is expecting a baby with husband Tye Strickland - added that she "absolutely" believes that couples can find love on The Bachelor.
"It wasn't necessarily on the show, but I ended up personally where I was supposed to end up because of the show," she explained. "If you look at a lot of the relationships that came out, they may have not ended in marriage, but that doesn't mean that they weren't successful relationships."
She continued: "My good friend Jillian [Harris] was with Ed [Swiderski] for a year, and I know it was a great relationship. It didn't end in marriage, but that doesn't discount the relationship at all. And contestants from past seasons have also gotten together. Does it end in marriage? Most of the time not, but that doesn't mean it's not a great place to meet somebody."
Bachelor Pad continues next Monday at 8pm on ABC.
