The model, who is one of Ben Flajnik's final two women standing, failed to connect with her fellow bachelorettes throughout the season, and was accused of being mean towards them and showing Ben a very different side to the one she showed the other girls.
During Monday night's (March 5) Women Tell All she apologised for her behaviour, telling the women she handled the situation badly and regretted her past actions.

"I have many regrets," she told Chris Harrison. "I'm disappointed in myself and the way I acted and how I treated the women. Looking back there are so many things I would have done differently."
To the women, she said: "I just want to say I'm sorry. I came on this with the same hopes and dreams you guys did. We all came here for the same reason: Ben. I'm sorry for the things I've said and if I have hurt your feelings.
"I hope you guys can find it in your hearts to forgive me. I'm not a mean spirited person. It brought out the worst in me and I can't apologise enough, I really can't."
Among the criticisms leveled at her from the other girls were some of the "rude" comments she made about them, "disrespecting" the other women by skinny dipping with Ben, and telling him she had tried to get on with the women when they claimed she never had.
"She's a liar, vapid, manipulative and not nice. She's hurtful and she means it. She means to be mean," said Monica, while Kacie B accused her of having a "split personality" and Samantha said she was "in it to win it".
Casey S, however, who had been friends with Courtney in the house, defended her by saying she was "consistently sweet and sincere" to her and the fact she spent time alone was because she felt uncomfortable, rather than meaning to insult the women.
She also said Courtney's 'winning' catchphrase was meant to be "cute and funny", not hurtful.
During the reunion, Emily quizzed Courtney on why she hadn't accepted her apology on the show, prompting Courtney to say: "Looking back I wish I would have handled that situation differently. I should have accepted your apology."
Emily also pointed out that Courtney told her on the show she didn't forgive and forget, but was asking the women at the reunion to accept her apology, which was a contradiction.
"I have seen things in myself I know I need to work on," said Courtney. "I didn't come here expecting you guys to accept my apology at all."
Nicki, meanwhile, wanted to know why Courtney had waited until the pool of women had diminished in Switzerland to apologise to Ben, rather than doing it sooner.
"I had a couple of days to regroup," replied Courtney. "It was so intense for me living with you guys. I know it's not an excuse, but I had a few days to look back and I was humiliated by some of the things I said and some of my actions."
The women seemed annoyed that Courtney had apologised to Ben but not them, although Courtney did point out that - like the women - she had been there for Ben.
"It was never my intentions to hurt anyone's feelings," she added. "I was just trying to keep my head above water."
Courtney, who had earlier said there was no manual to guide you through The Bachelor and clearly she had done it wrong, ended her appearance by breaking down in tears as she issued another apology.
"I'm sorry. I take it all back. I thought I did the best I could and I'm really sorry I hurt your feelings; all of you," she said.
"You might say it's not genuine but I'm going through real emotions. I don't like being torn apart in the tabloids, it's awful. I didn't think it through."
