The former Hills star ruled out an appearance on the ABC programme while speaking with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show.
Asked if she would take part in the competition, Conrad replied: "No! No! Why would I date on TV again?"
Conrad also admitted that she does not really want to take part in another television show which would have an impact on the people around her.
"I would love to do something that doesn't affect other people in my life," she said. "I mean, I like working and I had a really good experience with television, but I don't want my friends to have to sign a waiver to hang out with me."
Conrad acknowledged that a television presence could help her business, but added: "I'm fine not doing it right now."
However, she concluded: "If something made sense I would be more than happy to do that."
The new season of The Bachelor, starring Emily Maynard, will premiere on ABC on May 14.
