The 2010 Playmate of the Year was sent home by Donald Trump on Sunday night's episode after the women's Team A.S.A.P. lost this week's challenge. The task involved creating and staging a hair show for an audience of industry professionals using music, hair models and a specific range of products.
Mr. Trump introduced the task with a joke about his own hair, saying: "I've been abused over the years for my hair. I don't think it's so bad. I have friends who don't have any hair." The teams were judged on brand messaging, the showcasing of the products and tools, and overall presentation. The prize for the winning project manager was $40,000 for their charity.

The men decide to do an American theme showcasing different people from across America such as a starlet in Rodeo Drive chased by paparazzi, Mardi Gras Queens in New Orleans, and John Rich's big idea - country girl Niki Taylor! He thinks it would impress Mr. Trump to secure the former Team A.S.A.P. member for the men's team. "At this point you have to make moves that are unorthodox and outside the box to survive and win."

The tension between NeNe and Star resurfaces immediately tonight with a row over who should be PM. NeNe tells Mr. Trump that Star wants her to do it, but she believes Star has bad intentions and just wants to throw her under the bus. Star insists that she didn't have any strategy and was simply thinking that NeNe would want to win some money for her charity. NeNe, however, isn't convinced. "I know how you think and play the game," she says. It all descends into a back-and-forth between them, as the men, Mr. Trump, Ivanka, Eric and the client look on uncomfortably. "I will take you down," says NeNe to Star. "The rest of these girls will look at you and be scared. I am not scared." Mr. Trump eventually breaks the tension by joking: "Men, you are a boring group of people right now!" Ivanka adds: "The men are feeling much better about their chances at this juncture!"
La Toya returns…

The Boardroom
The boardroom is dominated by the Star versus NeNe drama, with NeNe in particular voicing her frustrations with Star. She calls her bossy and pushy, while Star says she didn't know if the verbal attacks would get physical. NeNe insists she would never get physical and receives back-up from Marlee who says that NeNe isn't violent, although she can be verbally abusive. Hope doesn't escape criticism either, with Mr Trump saying she is going under the radar and doesn't have the same fight as the others. Even when she is branded a follower by her teammates, she doesn't seem to really fight for herself.
After all that, it's time for the client feedback. The men are praised for their American cities theme, Lil Jon's energetic MCing and their branding and messaging, but they fell down on not highlighting the safety aspects of the product. The women did well on emphasizing the product safety, having informative stylists and Marlee was a great model. However, they thought NeNe was a weak MC, Hope was an awkward model, the stylists appeared to be running the show instead of the women, and there wasn't any real theme.

NeNe brings Hope and Star back into the boardroom. Star argues that she contributed to the task and was a good team member despite NeNe's insults. Hope says that she isn't manipulated by Star and thinks NeNe should be fired because she was PM and she shouted at Star in front of a client. NeNe thinks Hope should be fired because she isn't a strong player. Hope suggests that she thinks that way because she doesn't communicate the same way as NeNe does.
In the end, Mr. Trump says that he has a lot of respect for Hope and she has a big future in front of her, but she's been flying under the radar and isn't strong enough to go up against Star and NeNe. She is fired.
"I'm really thankful to have been on the show," says Hope. "Mr. Trump is an incredible person to work for. I don't think I could have done anything differently to stay in the game and I won't scream or have wars. In my opinion, NeNe should have been fired for blowing up in front of the client, but that's his decision and it's something cool to be fired by Mr. Trump!"
