Tia Carrere has said that she just wants to "have fun" on The Celebrity Apprentice.

The True Lies actress will join the largest-ever cast of the NBC competition when the show premieres on Sunday, February 19.

Carrere told Digital Spy that she is looking forward to any challenges given by show boss Donald Trump, even if it's not something she's particularly skilled at.

Asked about the type of task she is most looking forward to, she said: "All of them, really. I think I have strong performing skills, obviously, so anything creative I'll be into. But honestly, I just want to challenge myself and have fun.

"I don't really like math but I think I could do it if I put my mind to it. I'm sure if we work together, the girls will pull it off."

Carrere also said that she is not particularly intimidated by any of her fellow competitors, adding: "Hmm, I think the girls are really strong, so we'll make a good team. Obviously the men have some fierce competitors as well, but I'm sure we can hold our own."

Trump has described the cast of Celebrity Apprentice as an "iconic group".
