'Celebrity Apprentice' Donald Trump: 'It gets unbelievably brutal'

Donald Trump has promised that The Celebrity Apprentice will be "amazing television" in upcoming episodes.

Aubrey O'Day appeared to walk out of the show in Sunday's episode following a clash with Arsenio Hall in the Boardroom.

However, Trump told reporters on a conference call that the show will get "tough" in future instalments.

"It gets actually much tougher in the coming weeks," he said. "It gets unbelievably brutal, actually. This was peanuts compared to what you're going to see in upcoming weeks."

Trump added: "I can only say this - stay tuned, because what you saw the other night is nothing compared to what happens between [Hall and O'Day] and a couple of others. It's the toughest we've ever had on The Apprentice/Celebrity Apprentice.

"What happens in the next couple weeks, you won't even believe. It's amazing television. What you saw the other night was tame by comparison with what takes place."

Meanwhile, fired contestant Dee Snider described O'Day as "evil" and said: "Arsenio Hall is what you see as a person. He's easy going, he's calm, he's cool, he's collected. It took all of 24 hours for Aubrey O'Day to drive him out of his mind. She makes people nuts."

The Celebrity Apprentice airs Sundays on NBC.
