Gordon Ramsay has described this season's Hell's Kitchen finalists as "incredibly talented" individuals.

Wednesday night's final will see Russell Kook II and Nona Sivley battling it out for the head chef job at LA Market and the chance to act as spokesperson for Rosemount Estate Wines.

"Russell and Nona are two incredibly talented individuals. It's going to be a clash of sorts: Nona, the subtle rustic chef, against Russell, the explosive big thinker," said Ramsay in a Fox press release.

Sous chef Kook, 29, said that winning the show would provide "validation" that his hard work had paid off, adding: "The competition was so much fun, and I learned so much about how far I could push myself. I love to travel, so if I win, I'll definitely take lots of vacations. No matter what happens, this has been a great experience either way."

Sivley, also a 29-year-old sous chef, said that winning would mean a lot to her and her family, adding: "My dream would be to set up a college fund for my son, so he wouldn't have to worry about coming up with the money for school or end up in debt."

The pair secured their place in the finale on last week's episode, which saw Trev and Jillian sent home in a double elimination.

Hell's Kitchen concludes Wednesday, December 15 at 9pm ET/PT on Fox.
