The 24-year-old sous chef from Bradenton, FL was sent home by Gordon Ramsay on Monday night after a disappointing 'date night' dinner service.
Chef Ramsay gave her the chop after deciding she was "going downhill" and he "couldn't go any further" with her.
Sexy, delicious desserts
The first challenge of the episode is all about romance and food going hand-in-hand. The chefs have to create a "sexy, delicious dessert". The women have one extra cook so they have to drop one dessert and unfortunately for Elise, her creation is the one on the chopping block.
Jordan Kahn and Waylynn Lucas are the guest judges and will each give each of the desserts a star from one to three. Tommy, Carrie and Will each get 2 stars, while Elizabeth, Jamie and Natalie get 3 stars. Both Paul and Jennifer get a full 6 points.
Chef Ramsay, however, also wants to test Elise's dessert, which is a mousse-style creation served in a wine glass. He doesn't seem too impressed by the level of vinegar in her dish, telling the team they made the right choice dropping Elise's offering.
The Red Team win the challenge and scoop a luxury trip to Las Vegas where they will be staying in a private villa with butlers. They even get to meet Holly Madison! She brings them tickets to her show and copies of her book on Las Vegas as well as passes to return to Vegas on vacation after the show is over.
The Blue Team have to transform the dining room into a romantic setting and prepare a raw seafood bar.
Tonight's service is paying host to a string of loved up couples. Jennifer immediately steps up to run the kitchen and prove her leadership skills, while Carrie tries to organise the timing of the first order. Elise, however, doesn't seem to be paying attention to her. Chef Ramsay notices and doesn't seem too happy that their personal relationships could affect the service.
Tommy isn't having a good start either because he's seasoned his scallops too early and has to restart them. Then he does it again. Things get even worse when he starts cooking the sea bass for one table that hasn't even had its appetizers yet. Chef Ramsay sends him out of the kitchen to get some air.
Tommy returns to the Blue Team and the appetizers continue flowing out of the kitchen. It's a different story in the Red Kitchen where Jennifer thinks Jamie seems "confused" and needs to wake up. Jamie then serves overcooked zucchini.
Meanwhile, Paul gets into difficulty in the Blue Team when he serves raw chicken and also ends up out of the kitchen. Elise is also in Chef Ramsay's firing line and soon follows for a series of mistakes including overcooked oysters.
The drama in the kitchen is briefly broken up when one man proposes to his girlfriend in the restaurant by ordering a dessert with 'will you marry me?' written in chocolate on the plate. She says yes and they get a round of applause!
The Blue Team wins which means the Red Team needs to nominate two chefs. They choose Carrie for fighting with Chef Ramsay and embarrassing the team and Elise because they are tired of the drama between her and Carrie.
Chef Ramsay, however, thinks it's the end of the road for Jamie. He says she has "gone downhill" and he can't deal with it much longer: "I can't go any further with you, I'm getting no response."
Jamie says: "It's not a good feeling to hear from one of the best chefs in the world that I didn't have what it took to stay here. It hurts deep. To swallow my pride and walk out the door is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do."
