The 23-year-old, who plays Blair Waldorf in The CW drama, told E! Online that she is enjoying playing Chuck's girlfriend.
"I'm actually really rooting for them," she said. "I think they're a really interesting couple and they're not typical at all. Everything they do is a little bit naughty!"
Discussing the future for Blair and Chuck, she added: "Right now, they do have a very special bond and it's not normal by any means! It's very comedic and kind of sexy. It's very cool."
Season three of Gossip Girl is due to premiere Monday, September 14 on The CW.
