A new character will reportedly be joining Gossip Girl in upcoming episodes.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the married cousin of Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford) will be arriving in town later this year.
Kip Vanderbilt is described as "in his 20s...wealthy, confident, politically-minded and extremely good-looking".
No casting announcement has been made yet.
Filming on the second season of Gossip Girl is currently underway and the show will air on ITV2 later this month.
