Guadagnino reportedly left the Seaside Heights house - where the cast is currently filming the fifth season - after a fight with an unidentified co-star.
However, TMZ reports that the reality star has now returned to Jersey Shore after going out for dinner and to a club with the other cast members.
Previous reports had suggested that he would not be missed as he had acted like a "pain in the ass" during production of the latest season.
Meanwhile, Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino is said to have quit the show, with a source saying he is "so over the whole thing".
The cast recently began filming season five immediately after wrapping production on season four in Florence, Italy.
