Pauly, however, doesn't really seem to be on the same page. He's worried what will happen if he smushes with Deena and then brings other girls home later and she gets upset: "Never in my life have I met a girl who can hook up and have no feelings. They always end up having feelings somewhere."
As if on cue, it seems we're about to find out how strong Deena's feelings are when Pauly starts dancing with another girl. Deena tries to interrupt them but she's dragged away by JWoww, where she insists she isn't bothered by what she saw. In the taxi home Pauly tells Vinny he'd be grateful if he stepped in and hooked up with Deena that night. "You are a nice guy," replies Vinny. In the end, Pauly avoids smushing with Deena by going to bed and pretending to be asleep when she approaches him.

While he's waiting, however, he finds himself a blonde companion during a night out at the club. Snooki isn't impressed by the girl's appearance and demands to know from Vinny who he would pick if she and the blonde were standing next to each other in a club. Of course he says Snooki, but she still can't understand why the boys go for "unattractive" women. His response? "It's just because we can't have you."
Snooki's objection doesn't stop Mike taking the girl to an outdoor cafe, where he tells her she is the "most awesome girl he's ever met" before treating her to a quick encounter in the Smush Room and a taxi ride home.

At the house, Snooki tells Mike that he can do better than the blonde girl. He agrees, which cues a conversation where Mike tells Snooki he likes her, she says they are friends, he thinks it's something more, she doesn't, he begs to differ...
Ronnie, meanwhile, has been busy making plans for his friend Hannah to visit Italy. She helped him through the break-up with Sammi and he misses her. He's also getting very drunk at the club, where he declares that he is the "pimp daddy mac of the whole place" before announcing to Vinny - and a nearby Sammi - that he smushed four girls in three days back in Jersey. Sammi is understandably pretty upset and makes a swift exit.

The next night at the club she drunkenly tells Ronnie she wants to talk. He points out she only wants to talk when they're both drunk, never when they are sober, so he walks away.
The other guys, meanwhile, are discovering that some of the girls at Italian clubs are very young, prompting a series of quips about how young is too young? Examples include: if she has a basket on her bicycle, if she has parental controls on her TV, if she only owns Snow White on DVD, if she plays laser tag.

Other highlights...
- The return of the Sunday dinner! A trip to the grocery store for Sunday dinner essentials, which includes pineapple for Deena, is harder than it seems. "Everything is in another language!" laments Deena.
- Bye-bye T-shirt shop! This season will see the gang working at a pizzeria. A reluctant Snooki is called up as a volunteer, although she says: "I don't speak Italian so how am I supposed to know how to cook a pizza?" Her first effort is surprisingly good, prompting a relieved Ronnie to say: "If Snooki can do it, we can all do it!"
- The "Love-cuzzi" gets its first outing Ronnie joins Vinny in the jacuzzi - which has flashing coloured lights on its bottom! - but they soon discover it's more suitable for couples than male friends because of the romantic lighting, marble statues and gravitational pull of the water meaning they end up on top of each other.
- Pauly buys Deena a bracelet After Mike gets into bed with Deena, she tells Pauly (although nothing happened), but is then upset when he tells the whole group that Mike was trying to cuddle her. Mike denies it and informs Deena that no offence, but he wouldn't want to do that. In the end, Pauly buys Deena a bracelet to apologise.
