Bosses of the US reality show - featuring stars including The Situation, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi - have reportedly been approached by Tourism Queensland to discuss opportunities to shoot one of the final seasons in their country, after they heard two of the cast saying that they wanted to go there.

The Situation revealed that he wanted to visit Australia because "all the girls are hot". Ortiz-Magro then said that he wanted to "experience the culture", adding: "I hear that it's really big, the show over there, so I'd like to see the feedback we get."
Tourism Queensland's spokesperson told The Daily Telegraph that she thought their state would be perfect for filming, but said that she needed details from Jersey Shore producers before confirming anything.
"We would welcome any interest and discussions,'' she said. "Obviously the Gold Coast is Australia's playground, there's theme parks [and] hanging out with lifesavers. The Gold Coast also has a very vibrant nightlife.''
