Fans of the MTV reality series in Seaside Heights are said to graffiti the walls with phrases such as "We love you Snooki", reports TMZ.
The property's realtor is forced to repaint the white walls of the house every week due to the damage.
People are also said to be stealing roof shingles and damaging the front door of the house when it is not being used.
Extra security and local police are reportedly now being hired to deal with the vandalism.
The Jersey Shore house is under the control of the landlord while the series is not in production.
The fifth season of the show concluded last month in the US and began on MTV in the UK on April 3.
