The stars of the MTV hit - Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino, Jenni 'J-Woww' Farley, Paul 'Pauly D' DelVecchio, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola, Vinny Guadagnino and Deena Cortese - are currently appearing in the final season of the show but will return to raise money for the restoration effort in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
A live one-hour special, Restore The Shore, will air later this month, MTV reports.
The event will see the cast and other celebrity guests asking for help in Times Square, while viewers will also be invited to donate.
MTV is working alongside the organisation Architecture for Humanity, which is creating a special 'Restore The Shore' fund to help with the reconstruction of Seaside Heights, the location of the Jersey Shore house. Donations will be given to contractors working on the rebuilding, while businesses and residents in the area will also receive funding.
Meanwhile, Guadagnino urged the public to donate to the Red Cross relief effort, saying: "New Jersey, and especially Seaside, is just destroyed. I've never had anything like this happen to me.
"I know every business owner on the boardwalk personally, you know, and, like, they're good people, they all are hard-working people."
MTV and the Jersey Shore cast have previously pledged to support the victims of Hurricane Sandy, while Polizzi has said that the destruction wreaked by Sandy is "devastating".
The Restore The Special will air live on MTV on November 15. Elsewhere, ABC is today hosting a 'Day of Giving', with several shows including segments urging viewers to donate to the relief effort.
