'American Idol 4' auditions announced

It's not even been two months since Fantasia Burrino was crowned but already the hunt is on to find the fourth American Idol.
Auditions for the next series - to be shown from January 2005 - will begin in Cleveland, Ohio on August 3rd.
Randy, Paula and Simon will be listening to hopefuls in a number of new cities this time round to ensure they get a fresh crop of auditionees turning out.
The age requirement is also being expanded upwards: contestants must now be aged between 16 and 28 to take part.
After Cleveland, auditions will be held in Washington DC (August 18), Orlando (August 26), St. Louis (TBA), New Orleans (August 31), Las Vegas (September 12), Anchorage (September 28) and San Francisco (October 5).
