The 2009 tour will kick off in Portland on July 5 and concludes on September 15 in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Finalists Adam Lambert, Allison Iraheta, Anoop Desai, Danny Gokey, Kris Allen, Lil Rounds, Megan Joy, Michael Sarver and Scott MacIntyre will perform on the tour, with tickets going on sale on May 9.
Matt Giraud, who was saved by the judges one-off veto power this week, will also take to the stage.
