The director of the quarantine bereau has said that the singers rushed through the airport on Wednesday without completing health checks that are mandatory for everyone entering the country, Access Hollywood reports.
Officials found the two former contestants at their hotels on Thursday to remind them that they are required to fill out a health check and report their temperatures at least twice a day.
"We had to mention the authority of the quarantine bureau...that we can do do something if they refuse," the director said.
He added that Cook and Archuleta were "very receptive" and "cooperative".
