'American Idol' books Christmas special
Published Wednesday, Oct 13 2004, 17:33 BST | By Neil Wilkes
The three American Idol winners are teaming up for a new one-hour Christmas special next month.
Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard and Fantasia Burrino will all be performing holiday classics in Home For Christmas, due to air November 24 on FOX in the US.
The "early Christmas present" coincides neatly with the release of Ruben Studdard's holiday album 'I Need An Angel' early November, Fantasia's debut album on November 23 and Kelly Clarkson's second album on November 30.
It is unknown whether the special will air in the UK.
