Another four contestants were eliminated this week as American Idol continues to hone in on its top twelve.
The unlucky females included feisty Brenna Gethers, who sang the appropriately-titled 'Last Dance', and Heather Cox, who made an ambitious attempt at Mariah Carey's 'Hero'.
The two males to leave were young crooner David Radford, who gave a performance of 'The Way You Look Tonight', and Jose 'Sway' Penala, who failed to impress with a version of Stevie Wonder's 'Overjoyed'.
The top twelve will be decided after another round of eliminations next week.
