The Diddy Dirty Money star is the latest celebrity linked to replacing Steven Tyler, who departed American Idol in July along with Jennifer Lopez.

American Idol bosses apparently reached out to Diddy within recent weeks, but it is not known if he is seriously considering becoming a judge.
Diddy's spokesperson declined to comment when questioned by Page Six.
Lopez's judging slot was recently filled by Mariah Carey. The 'We Belong Together' singer reportedly reached a $17m deal with American Idol executives.
Nick Jonas recently confirmed that he is in talks to become an American Idol judge as well.
American Idol returns to Fox in 2013, with open auditions currently under way across the US.
