Video footage of Carey and Minaj arguing on the set of American Idol emerged earlier this month.
"I told them, I'm not f**kin' putting up with her f**kin' highness over there," Minaj screams in the clip.
Minaj has since denied claims that she threatened to shoot Carey, with producers also playing down claims of a feud between the pair.
