The actor and his professional partner Kym Johnson became the fifth couple to be voted off the contest this week, after losing in the dance-off with former American footballer Lawrence Taylor.
Speaking to Access Hollywood, he said: "I really wanted to dance well and I took every week seriously...I do feel like we never stood a chance with the judges, but we still tried to rise above that."
Referring to pannelist Carrie Ann Inaba, he said: "There's several people that can kiss my ass, but she's definitely the first in line...To stand up week after week and be humiliated by people who have no right to talk to me [like that]."
He added: "I am proudest that I didn’t climb across that table and slap the s**t out of every one of those judges - that’s my proudest accomplishment."
