Rycroft visits 'Housewives' on 'DWTS'

Melissa Rycroft has said that her trip to the set of Desperate Housewives on this week's Dancing With The Stars was "unbelievable".

The Bachelor finalist was taken to Wisteria Lane after being warned by judge Bruno Tonioli that she had to be more of a "maneater" with her performances.

During the trip, Rycroft and dance partner Tony Dovolani met Housewives star Teri Hatcher, who taught her about getting into character.

"Who gets advice from Teri Hatcher? I hope it worked, and I hope we made her proud," Rycroft told Us magazine. "I didn't want to get overly excited, but it was so cool!"

Dovolani added: "I have to take my hat off for Teri Hatcher - she really did help [Rycroft] get into the character. She's a class act."
