The star is competing on the ballroom dance show alongside celebrities including Aaron Carter and R&B singer Mya.
She told MTV: "It is way harder than I thought it'd be. I thought with each week it would get easier, but it doesn't, because each week you're learning a new dance with new steps. I'm nervous about the pace.
"I'm nervous that I'll forget steps, because you only do have five [or] four days to learn, so it gets tough."
However, Osbourne insisted that she has no regrets about agreeing to appear on the series, adding: "It's the most fun I've ever had working on a show. It doesn't feel like work."
The former popstar was recently forced to dance through pain after suffering an adverse reaction to a body spray.
