The TV personality, who has been sober since leaving rehab in February, said that she will be "miserable" when she leaves the show.
Osbourne is quoted by New magazine as saying: "When I'm busy and not left with me in my own head I'm fine."
The 25-year-old star continued: "I worry about when the show stops - slipping back into negativity, drink and drugs. I'm taking precautions so I won't get in that position. My life when I drink is so dark and miserable."
Osbourne will go up against singers Mya and Donny Osmond in the final of the dancing reality show.
