The professional dancers confirmed on their Twitter accounts that they will not be among the cast when the tenth season premieres next month.
"Hey twitterbugs! I will not be doing DWTS this season. But be sure to tune in!" wrote Schwimmer.
Roberts - who is married to fellow dancer Anna Trebunskaya - wrote on his own account: "I will not be doing DWTS this season, will miss everyone but I'm sure you will see me on some Tues shows until next season."
Schwimmer competed with Iron Chef America's Mark Dacascos last season, while Roberts was paired with singer Macy Gray.
Dancing With The Stars returns to ABC on March 22, with the cast being announced during the season finale of The Bachelor on March 1.
