The former Beverly Hills 90210 actress was voted off the ABC competition with professional partner Mark Ballas during last night's results show.
Speaking to ET Online, she said: "I've definitely enjoyed part of the process. It's been difficult, but I enjoyed it."
The star previously revealed that she joined the show for her father, who suffered a stroke last Christmas and is a big fan of the series.
She continued: "I believe that everything happens for a reason and my dad's not doing too well today and I haven't been able to spend that much time with him."
Ballas added: "I was surprised in the sense that we had a great relationship and it shows on camera. We worked really hard these last couple of weeks and I was really excited to take someone who never danced in their life and take it as far as I can."
