The professional - who won the ninth season's competition with Donny Osmond - told Access Hollywood that she was pleased to have been paired up with the Baywatch actor.
"He's not gonna be too serious, so that's great… That's the perfect partner. He's not afraid to just go there and put himself out [there], so I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun," she said.
She also praised Hasselhoff for having a "great attitude" to the competition and joked that he "will not be shying away from rhinestones and sequins".
"I think we're going to have a really good time with costumes and each performance is gonna be a little storyline and he'll really ham it up."
Hasselhoff previously revealed that it was his children who convinced him to sign on for the show, and admitted that his initial reluctance had stemmed from the injuries he suffered while dancing in the West End.
Dancing With The Stars premieres September 20 on ABC.
