The professional dancer took to his Twitter account following the ABC show's semi-final episode to praise Brandy's efforts at the paso doble and Argentine tango.
"No matter the outcome, @4everBrandy brought tears to my eyes with both dances tonight! (sic)" he wrote.
"EXTREMELY PROUD OF HER! Thank you all who's voting... "
The pair earned 27 out of a possible 30 points for their pasa doble and their first perfect score for their Argentine tango routine.
"I'm very happy with that," Brandy later told Access Hollywood backstage. "I don't think it has set in yet because with this show everything goes so fast and you don't have time to celebrate, but after I leave here I will celebrate."
The couple had dedicated their paso doble, danced to Katy Perry's 'Firework', to victims of bullying, with Brandy telling co-host Brooke Burke that it "was about the person being bullied coming into their own and shining and being a firework".
Dancing With The Stars continues tonight on ABC.
