The legal analyst claimed that her confidence had been knocked after landing in the danger zone with the contest's first eliminee Ron Artest this week.
"My nerves are much, much worse," she told People. "I'm a fish out of water on the dancefloor. It's a lot more nerve-wracking than trying a murder case."
However, Grace insisted that she is still having "fun" on the show and has already started to notice a change in her physique.
"I've inadvertently lost 10lbs on the I'm-too-tired-to-eat diet," she said. "If you would have told me five to seven hours of dance practice was fun, I would have never believed you, but it is."
Grace has also been invited to go clubbing with Artest after the show.
Dancing With The Stars continues Monday at 8/7c on ABC.
