According to The Hollywood Reporter, Derek decided to push through the discomfort of the dislocation and continue as planned with the routine.
However, no such incident was touched upon during the broadcast.

Derek and celebrity partner Ricki Lake have done well this season, consistently earning high scores. They rose to the top of the leaderboard this week during movie night, where they performed a tango to the theme from Psycho.

Footloose actress Julianne confessed to being "nervous" and "emotional" about her return to Dancing with the Stars as she felt that her dancing skills have become "rusty".
