Burke told Access Hollywood Live prior to Monday's Dancing with the Stars premiere that her relationship with Levy will remain strictly platonic.
"This is business. This is business… you can't mix it," the dancer declared, adding: "It never works."
Burke went on to joke that although she isn't interested in dating Levy, the same can't be said for the other female Dancing with the Stars professionals.
"Kym Johnson - she's like, 'God! You get the good looking guys'," the 27-year-old quipped. "I've also had like Tom DeLay... Wayne Newton. I've had my share."
Levy and Burke impressed the judges on Monday's Dancing with the Stars premiere, earning a score of 24 from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, and Bruno Tonioli.
