The opera singer has already denied reports that she is dating her professional partner Mark Ballas.
She has now told Access Hollywood that she is still recovering from her split from former fiancé Gethin Jones.
"They're all lovely boys, but I'm very newly-single, so I need to just take some time for that first," Jenkins said. "We were engaged, so it's a big thing. I need to take a little bit of time."
However, Jenkins explained that her time on Dancing with the Stars is helping, saying: "I think probably that's why this whole experience has been brilliant so far because I'm having so much fun and laughing a lot with Mark. I think that's probably the best way to be dealing with it all."
Jenkins and Ballas topped the leaderboard in the Dancing with the Stars premiere after impressing the judges with their foxtrot.
The show airs Mondays at 8/7c on ABC.
