Katherine Jenkins and Mark Ballas, William Levy and Cheryl Burke, and Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd will compete for the Mirror Ball trophy in next week's final. Maria Menounos left the competition with professional partner Derek Hough.
Hough said that Extra host Menounos was "an incredible person, [and] not just on the dance floor", adding: "She's not just a champion on the dance floor, but a champion at life."
Menounos in turn hailed Hough's "amazing talents and choreography" as she thanked the Dancing with the Stars cast and crew, her family and voters at home.
Jenkins, who was the first finalist to be confirmed, squealed and leapt around the stage when it was confirmed that she had made it through.
The opera singer was forced to stop a routine yesterday when she suffered a spasm in her back.
Digital Spy users correctly predicted the result in this week's exit poll as Jenkins finished top of the reader survey with over a third of the vote.
Alanis Morissette appeared on the results show to give the world premiere performance of her new single 'Guardian', while Carrie Underwood sung 'Good Girl' from her new album Blown Away.
Mary J Blige, Diego Boneta and former Dancing with the Stars professional Julianne Hough also took to the stage to showcase their forthcoming movie Rock of Ages.
The Dancing with the Stars final airs next Monday and Tuesday (May 21 and 22) on ABC.
