Driver hugged his young daughter as he accepted the Mirror Ball trophy with Murgatroyd, describing his victory as "awesome".
Runner-up Jenkins paid tribute to her dance partner, saying that her experience on the show had been an "absolute dream".
Labelling his dance partner an "angel", Ballas added: "Donald is a perfect gentleman. Congratulations, my man."
"Well done Donald, we love you!" Jenkins added.

Model-turned-actor William Levy and his professional partner Cheryl Burke rounded out the finalists by placing third.
Following his elimination, Levy said: "It was an amazing experience. I thank you guys for all you've done for us. I'm going to miss you all."
Jenkins had topped the judges' leaderboard after three rounds with a perfect score of 90 points. Each celebrity performed a dance of the judges' choice and a freestyle routine on Monday evening, followed by a third routine dubbed the "24-hour challenge" during the grand final.
However, Driver had impressed the judges by taking a risk with a country-themed freestyle routine. Earning him a perfect score of 30, Bruno Tonioli described the performance as "a triumph" and Len Goodman branded it "fantastic".
In a Digital Spy poll, Jenkins attracted 69.2% of reader votes, with Levy on 17.1% and Driver on 13.7%.
Dancing with the Stars will return with an all-star season in the fall.
