The actress, who came third in the show's 12th season, told Access Hollywood that she does not know if she is "masochistic" enough to return to the competition.
"It was such an amazing experience and I had such a good time and I got so lucky that it would be fun to go back and try it again," Kane said.
"But at the same [time], it's like, the sequel is never as good as the [original] movie."
Kane added: "I had such a good time and I really think I got away with murder the first go around with getting third place - I don't know how that happened - so it's hard to imagine going back."
However, Kane suggested that the all-star season will be "really interesting", adding that the competition will be "really intense".
Misty May-Treanor has launched a campaign to help her get back onto Dancing with the Stars, while Kate Gosselin is reportedly being considered for a return.
