The 'Straight Up' singer was overheard telling friends at a Douglas Hannant fashion show that she will "perform and sing" on the ABC series, according to Page Six.

Abdul's appearance on Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars will apparently occur during the November sweeps.
Her official spokesperson has not yet commented on the rumoured performance.
Abdul has not released a studio album since 1995's Head Over Heels, which stalled at number 18 on the US chart. She went on to have a career revival as a judge on American Idol from 2002 to 2009.
The star also appeared as a judge on the first season of The X Factor USA alongside Simon Cowell, but she was dropped from the series earlier this year.
