'Fringe', 'Alcatraz', 'Cougar Town': Which shows should be renewed?

The time is rapidly approaching when TV fans will learn what's to become of their favourite shows - at the May upfronts, US television execs will confirm which series are getting picked up for another year and which are for the chop!

Some fans can already rest easy - the likes of CSI, New Girl, Glee and Bones have already been renewed. But what of those shows teetering dangerously on the brink of extinction?
