Pop Idol finalist Hayley Evetts is to sing in front of Simon Cowell again on The X Factor.
The 30-year-old has made it through the TV singing contest's 'culling' stage, where producers determine which hopefuls get the chance to perform in front of the judging panel.
Evetts recently completed a stint as Sandy in the UK touring production of Grease.
She progressed to the final round of auditions on Popstars in 2000 and finished fifth on Pop Idol a year later. She later hosted ITV2's Popstars: The Rivals spin-off show.
The X Factor - featuring Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne and new judges Dannii Minogue and Brian Friedman - returns to ITV1 in August.
