Leon keen to "get on" with debut album

X Factor winner Leon Jackson has revealed that he is keen to resume working on his debut album.

The 19-year-old singer has been busy touring the country with his fellow finalists on the X Factor tour in recent weeks.

Writing on his online blog, Leon explained: "Still on the road with the X Factor tour, having the time of my life. It's tiring but worth it 100 per cent."

He added: "Can't wait to get on with the album, really passionate about it."

Jackson has promised to "break away" from his jazz sound on the album, which is expected to be released later this year.
