'X Factor' Ruth left gobsmacked by Dench

X Factor contestant Ruth Lorenzo was left gobsmacked this week after learning that Dame Judi Dench is a fan.

Lorenzo met the actress at the premiere of the new Bond movie and was surprised to hear that she watches the show every week with her family.

Dench then left Lorenzo speechless by revealing that she had voted for her rendition of 'Purple Rain' earlier this month. She also reportedly urged the 25-year-old to release it as a single.

Lorenzo has struggled with a throat infection in previous weeks but is hoping that the presence of her family on Saturday will keep her out of the bottom two.
