Williams to become 'X Factor' judge?

Tabloid reports have claimed that Robbie Williams will take over from Dannii Minogue on next year's X Factor.

According to the Daily Star, Simon Cowell has already begun negotiations with the singer about becoming a judge.

"Robbie is perfect for the job and Simon is confident that he is going to get him to sign," said a source.

"Dannii has had a good couple of years on the show, but Simon wants to revamp the panel. Robbie's cheeky attitude and success in the business make him the perfect candidate."

Williams is expected to release his eighth studio album next year.
