Eoghan Quigg met Kate Moss backstage at this week's X Factor, say reports.
The 16-year-old singer was lent a coat by Moss but failed to recognise her, according to The Sun.
Quigg, who is rumoured to be dating fellow X Factor contestant Diana Vickers, was allegedly "charming" the supermodel.
"They got talking as he waited to see the stylist. Kate lent him her coat because he was cold," said a source.
"After ten minutes or so he was shocked to realise who she was. First Diana, now Kate - he must have a thing for blondes!"
Moss was among the studio audience for Saturday's live show, which saw Spanish-born Ruth Lorenzo leave the competition.
