'X Factor' bosses 'looking for new judge'

The X Factor producers are reportedly looking to recruit a new judge.

The team is remaining open-minded about the possibility of replacing Dannii Minogue, according to The Sun.

Final contract negotiations are scheduled to take place in March, giving one month for a new judge to be found.

"It’s no secret they like to revamp the show every year. The chatter about Dannii going is deafening," a source told the newspaper.

"But it has to be the right person, otherwise there is no point in replacing her. They want someone as good as Cheryl Cole, who has been sensational."

Charlotte Church recently ruled out the possibility of joining the panel.
